What is the Nitro Productivity Suite, and how is it different than Nitro Pro?
The Nitro Productivity Suite brings PDF productivity and unlimited eSigning together into one affordable package. For customers purchasing online, the Nitro Productivity Suite includes Nitro Pro and Nitro Cloud with the option to add VIP Access (support and maintenance). The Nitro Productivity Suite differs from Nitro Pro, which has been Nitro’s core desktop PDF productivity application and the leading alternative to Adobe® Acrobat® since 2005. Nitro Pro is no longer sold as a standalone product online and is only available as a part of the Nitro Productivity Suite.
Do you offer a free trial?
We do offer a completely free 14-day trial that allows users to explore the full functionality of the Nitro Productivity Suite. This trial period is to give you, our customers, enough time to ensure the Nitro Productivity Suite meets your needs—and that you like using it!
Of course, our hope is that you realize you simply can’t live without the Nitro Productivity Suite and decide to buy it. However, if you choose not to purchase the Nitro Productivity Suite by the end of your free trial, Nitro Pro will remain on your desktop but revert to a PDF reader state with limited functionality. (And our hearts will break a little...but that’s a conversation for another time.)
Can I integrate with third-party apps?
The Nitro Productivity Suite, and Nitro Pro and Nitro Cloud specifically, integrate with many cloud storage applications, including: Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, and SharePoint (for Business and Enterprise plans). There are also various plugins available for Nitro Pro, including a web browser plugin and add-ins for Microsoft Office applications. At this time, the Nitro Productivity Suite does not provide APIs for other integrations, though options are actively being explored.
Does everybody signing the document need a Nitro Cloud account?
No. Only the sender of the eSignature request needs a Nitro Cloud account—signers can eSign documents they receive without creating a Nitro Cloud account.
What is Nitro VIP Access & how can I add it to my purchase?
Nitro VIP Access gives you access to our awesome Customer Support team, and free, unlimited product upgrades, all for one year from date of purchase. Nitro VIP Access can be renewed annually. Without VIP Access, you won’t be able to submit customer support tickets, and will be required to pay for product upgrades. To get VIP Access simply add Nitro's Basic package to your cart, then add VIP access when you arrive to the shopping cart webpage. Nitro VIP Access is included with Team and Enterprise subscriptions.

What currencies are accepted?

What is the refund policy for the Nitro Productivity Suite?
You may be eligible for a refund if you purchased Nitro from our online store at www.GoNitro.com and one of the following conditions applies:
- The product has been deemed defective by our technical Support Team
- A duplicate purchase was made

Does Nitro work on Mac?
Nitro Pro is a desktop software that is compatible exclusively with Windows operating systems, and is therefore not compatible with Mac OS. Nitro Cloud is browser-based, so customers can access and use their account from any internet-connected device that has a browser.
