The Challenge
Replacing paper-based processes with secure document eSigning from anywhere
Driven by a need to provide legal support for all phases of their organizational lifecycle, Four & Five needed a way to digitally execute and electronically signing client agreements. From collecting legal insights to contract negotiation, the company were using paper-based processes for documenting work that required in-person verification. This resulted in an abundance of time spent on printing, copying documents and tracking down clients and personnel for signatures. Four & Five needed an efficient and cost-effective solution for their clients to securely and electronically sign legal documents.
The Solution
A fully digital, secure and compliant eSignature process
Four & Five became the first Belgian law firm to fully execute legal contracts digitally. By implementing Nitro Sign Premium, clients can now sign documents remotely with integrated identity verification to ensure the most secure eSignatures. The firm later expanded Nitro Sign Premium to internal processes including internship contracts, policies and addenda to contracts—saving significant time and resources.
The Results
Simplified eSignature acquisition
Instead of needing customers to sign contracts on-site, Four & Five can now request high-security eSignatures both internally and externally from anywhere. This reduces the time it typically takes between sharing a document and obtaining the needed signature.
Secure and compliant contract completion
Nitro Sign Premium provides automated identification checks and incorporated public key infrastructure (PKI) technology with both document and electronic signature workflows to prevent tampering post-signature.
File management made easy
Nitro delivered an efficient way for Four & Five to working with large, multi-page legal files that waste paper when printed and are sometimes blocked by email inboxes due to their large file size. Nitro Sign Premium eliminates the need for printing and scanning by digitizing secure and compliant workflows for their clients and internal teams. All contracts are distributed and saved within Nitro Sign Premium providing a centralized repository for all agreements.
The integration of Nitro's solution for digital signatures went very smoothly. Only 24 hours after our decision, the solution was fully rebranded to Four & Five and ready to use.
