For many years, Adobe was Equiniti’s preferred supplier. In 2022, the company acquired a US business whose employees were already using Nitro. Equiniti found that Nitro PDF offered the functionality it needed at a lower cost and began exploring a wider deployment across its regions.

How Equiniti rolled out Nitro across its teams

Equiniti worked with Nitro’s Customer Success team to support the migration from Adobe. Some employees, particularly long-time Adobe users, were initially unsure whether the new tool would provide the features they needed.

To address those concerns, Nitro’s Customer Success team delivered product walkthroughs for 15 different Equiniti teams. The sessions gave employees an overview of Nitro, answered questions, and helped them understand how the software could support their work.

Nitro PDF Pro is now used across almost all Equiniti teams, with a small number of users still to migrate. Employee feedback has been positive, and some have found that Nitro PDF supports additional tasks beyond their previous workflows.
