Send a Reminder for an eSignature Request
You can manually send reminders to recipients who haven’t completed their eSignature requests.
Tip: Nitro Sign automatically sends reminders to signers 48 hours after a signature request is sent. Use manual reminders if you want to prompt recipients sooner or on a different schedule.
How to send eSignature request reminders
1. On the eSign dashboard, click on the Waiting for signature tab.
2. The five most recent envelopes you’ve sent will appear.

If the envelope you want is listed, click the Quick Actions menu next to it, select Send reminder, and skip to Step 5.
3. If the envelope isn’t listed, click View more at the bottom.
4. You’ll be taken to My Documents, where all envelopes are displayed. From here, click the Quick Actions menu next to the envelope and select Send reminder.
5. A popup will appear with the reminder details. Edit the subject and message if desired, then click Send.

Note:

If no signing order is set, reminders are sent to all recipients who haven’t signed.

If a signing order is set, the reminder goes only to the recipient whose turn it is to sign.
