JLL is a Fortune 500 financial and professional services firm specializing in real estate and investment management. Their IT team needed to implement tools and technologies to achieve the organization’s digital transformation targets. Many document processes, like invoicing and AP workflows, were paper-based and manual, hindering aspects of the company’s digital agenda.
