About the Role
This role will cover a fixed-term leave. In this role, you will lead the strategy, planning, execution, and measurement of Nitro’s regional marketing motion. You will be responsible for translating marketing and GTM priorities into high-impact regional programs that drive acquisition, expansion, partner-sourced pipeline, and revenue outcomes across Enterprise and Strategic segments.
This role leads through both strategy and execution. You will manage regional marketing priorities, coach and support regional marketing team members, partner deeply with Sales, Customer Success, Channel, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, RevOps, Brand, and Partner Marketing, and ensure regional needs and performance insights are clearly represented in the global marketing organisation.
What You'll Do
Regional Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Own the regional marketing plan and operating rhythm, ensuring global campaigns, direct marketing, partner marketing, ABM, events, and deal acceleration programs are localised and prioritised for maximum regional impact.
- Translate company, revenue, and marketing objectives into clear regional priorities, success metrics, quarterly plans, and execution roadmaps.
- Balance acquisition and expansion motions across Enterprise and Strategic segments, ensuring investment and effort are aligned to pipeline and revenue opportunity.
- Represent regional performance, market feedback, blockers, and opportunities back into global marketing and revenue leadership forums.
Pipeline Generation, ABM & Deal Acceleration:
- Lead regional pipeline generation efforts for acquisition and expansion across direct and partner motions, with accountability for pipeline creation, pipeline progression, influenced revenue, and ROI.
- Guide Strategic and Top Account ABM programs in partnership with Sales, CAEs, CSMs, BDRs, Product Marketing, and Creative teams.
- Support account selection, audience definition, AI-assisted research, messaging, campaign orchestration, and bespoke account plays based on the Nitro ABM model.
- Drive deal acceleration programs that help Sales progress priority opportunities and create stronger alignment between marketing activity and active pipeline.
Partner & Channel Marketing Alignment:
- Partner with Channel Sales, Global Partner Marketing, and regional CAMs to execute regional partner marketing activity aligned to the global partner marketing strategy.
- Support regional execution of partner events, co-marketing campaigns, partner incentives, enablement activity, gifting, and executive partner engagement programs.
- Ensure partner marketing activity is measured against partner-sourced pipeline, conversion, engagement, and ROI rather than activity volume alone.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Management:
- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, prioritisation, and support for regional marketing team members during the leave cover period.
- Create clarity around ownership, timelines, priorities, and escalation paths so the team can execute effectively without losing strategic focus.
- Build strong working relationships across Sales, Channel, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Brand, Marketing Operations, RevOps, and external partners.
- Lead with calm, clear communication in a fast-moving environment, keeping stakeholders aligned around outcomes, trade-offs, and next actions.
Measurement, Reporting & Optimisation:
- Define, track, and communicate KPIs for regional marketing performance, including pipeline, revenue, conversion, partner contribution, engagement, campaign performance, and ROI.
- Use data to identify what is working, where investment should shift, and which programs should be scaled, paused, or redesigned.
- Deliver regular performance readouts to Marketing and Revenue stakeholders, connecting regional activity to business outcomes and future recommendations.
- Maintain continuity of reporting, operating cadence, documentation, and handover materials throughout the leave cover period.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, revenue marketing, regional marketing, field marketing, demand generation, or partner/channel marketing.
- Proven experience owning marketing programs tied directly to pipeline, revenue, conversion, expansion, and ROI outcomes.
- Experience leading or managing marketers, coaching team members, and driving execution through others.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions, strategic account marketing, ABM, events, partner marketing, and sales-aligned campaign execution.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence Sales, Channel, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and senior leadership audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort using campaign, pipeline, CRM, and revenue data to make decisions and communicate performance.
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, project management, and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable, or similar platforms.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complexity into simple plans, narratives, and executive-ready updates.
- Comfort working in an environment of change where priorities shift
- Interest in using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to improve research, planning, campaign development, and operational efficiency.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for regional events, partner activity, or internal planning sessions as needed.
What Success Looks Like
- Regional marketing priorities remain clear, focused, and aligned to Nitro’s global marketing and revenue goals throughout the leave cover period.
- The team continues to deliver direct and partner pipeline programs with strong Sales and Channel alignment.
- ABM, deal acceleration, regional events, and partner activities are measured, optimised, and connected to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Regional insights, risks, and opportunities are clearly represented in global marketing planning and leadership discussions.
- Documentation, operating rhythms, and stakeholder relationships remain strong to support a smooth transition during and after the leave cover period.
