Nitro Pro Help
Nitro Pro help is the main section of the community forums. Here you can ask anything about the Nitro product, but make sure to create a profile in order to be able to fully participate. We’re currently in the process of revamping our customer support, so our community forum is one of the fastest ways to get a response. Not only is the forum monitored by our very own Nitro reps, but you will also find plenty of other Nitro customers and power users who are helping resolve people’s issues and queries.
The community forum also benefits our customers who have opted not to purchase Software Assurance, or who are perhaps using our legacy software (which is Nitro Pro 9 and below). The agile nature of our customer friendly support platform enables you to potentially get your problems solved by fellow Nitro users and experts in a quick and efficient manner.
Nitro Pro Help tip: You will see to the left of many posts there are the symbols as seen below. Once your question/problem has been solved, then make sure to select a best answer and tick it green. This will be a great help to any users who are interested in finding the best answer to the same question in the future. The more Community users who do this, the more helpful it will be to everyone visiting our forums!
