1. Open Nitro PDF Pro.
2. Click File and open your document.
3. Click the Forms tab in the toolbar.
4. Select the Text Field.
5. Drag and drop to where you want the text field to be placed.
6. Right click and select Properties to customize the field.

Note: You can easily create additional inputs with the Make Copies option on the Properties tab.

How To Add a Dropdown Selection to Your PDF Form

1. Click Combo Box in the toolbar.
2. Drag and drop to where you want the box to be placed.
3. Click Combo Box.
4. Click Properties.
5. Click Options.
6. Under Item, add the dropdown options you want the field to have e.g. 1,2,3.
