User interviews
Have one-on-one interviews with our team. Chat with one of our researchers virtually over a video call to tell us about your needs, preferences, and experiences with Nitro’s products.
User surveys & feedback
Take surveys and give feedback on prototypes from our research team. With permission, participants are sometimes asked to share their screen to show us how they use Nitro products or interact with new features.

What is Nitro's user research community?
It's a diverse community of people from around the world that are open to sharing honest feedback about their experiences with Nitro's products and services.
How do I sign up?
To sign up, you will fill out a brief survey about yourself on this page. Once you've joined the user research community, we will reach out to you via email when you're a potential match for one of our studies.
What kinds of research will I participate in?
You may be invited to participate in an informal interview, usability session, or online survey. If you’re a potential match for one of our studies, we will tell you a bit more about the type of study before we schedule a time.
When do studies take place, and how long are the studies?
Interviews and usability studies typically require anywhere from 30-60 minutes, and are scheduled from 8:00am-7:00pm EST. If the study is an online survey, it will be emailed to you and can be taken anytime at your own convenience.
How do I receive the thank you gift?
Within 3-5 business days of the study, we will email you with instructions to select your thank you gift.
What will you do with my personal information?
The information you provide will remain strictly confidential. We promise this will not translate into a "spammy" experience - you'll only receive emails if we genuinely think you are a good match for an upcoming research study. Your information will not be shared or sold to external parties. See our privacy policy for more details.
Can I leave the community?
We’ll be sad to see you go, but you can leave anytime you wish by simply emailing research@gonitro.com and letting us know you want to stop receiving research study invitations.
