iManage Work 10

iManage 10 is a modern document management system (DMS) largely used in legal firms to store and keep their documents and emails organized. iManage enabled users to create spaces for projects, where each project can hold documents, emails, folders and so on.

Note: iManage Worksite will need to be installed during the installation of Nitro PDF Pro.

Connect to your Worksite

  1. On the iManage tab, click Connect.
  2. A dialog window will appear to enter the Worksite details, followed by a prompt for your username and password.

Opening a document from Worksite

  1. On the iManage tab, choose Open.
  2. A dialog window with a worksite browser will appear where you can choose your file. When the document is opened it is automatically checked out, so there are no conflicts when editing the document.
  3. To save, use Save As, Save and Sync, or Save as New Version.

Opening a document from Outlook or iManage web-client

  1. Open the Outlook work panel or the iManage web-client.
  2. Navigate the PDF file you want to open, right-click it and choose Edit .

Creating a PDF file from Worksite

  1. On the Home tab, choose PDF > From File.
  2. On the drop-down menu, choose Add iManage Files. Nitro PDF Pro supports Microsoft Office, WordPerfect, HTML, text, and image file formats.
  3. Navigate to the file in Worksite, and choose Open.
  4. Click Create to choose a file location, and create the PDF document.

Combining files from Worksite

  1. On the Home tab, choose Combine.
  2. On the drop-down menu, choose Add iManage Files. Nitro PDF Pro supports Microsoft Office, WordPerfect, HTML, text, and image file formats.
  3. Navigate to the file in Worksite, and choose Open. Repeat steps 2 and 3 as many times as you need to add a file from Worksite.
  4. Click Create to choose a file location, and create the combined PDF document.
