Select and Copy Text and Images

Copy an entire page of text

1. Go to the Home or Review tab
2. In the Tools group, click Select
3. Select all text by pressing Ctrl+A or right-click and select Select All
4. Copy the selected text by pressing Ctrl+C or right-click and select Copy
   Optional: Copy text with formatting by pressing Ctrl+Alt+C or right-click and select Copy With Formatting
5. Paste the text from the Clipboard into another application
   
   

Select text

1. Go to the Home or Review tab
2. In the Tools group, click Select
3. Select text:
   • Drag to select letters, words, or paragraphs
   • Drag outside text to create a selection area
4. Copy the selected text by pressing Ctrl+C or right-click and select Copy
   Optional: Copy text with formatting by press Ctrl+Alt+C or right-click and select Copy With Formatting
5. Paste the text into Nitro PDF Pro or another application

Select and copy images

1. Go to the Home or Review tab
2. In the Tools group, click Select
3. Select Select Text/Graphic
   
4. Hover over the image and click to select it
5. Copy the image by pressing Ctrl+C or right-click and select Copy Image
6. Paste the image into Nitro PDF Pro or another application

Take a snapshot

1. Go to the Home or Review tab
2. In the Tools group, click the Select arrow
3. Select Snapshot
   
4. Drag a rectangle around the area to copy
5. Click OK
6. Paste the snapshot into another application or create a new PDF
