Nitro Pro has added convenient feature shortcuts to the Print dialog. These shortcuts represent the most commonly used alternatives to printing, comprising: Fill Form, Add Signature, Review & Markup and Read.
To use alternative actions to printing:
1. Click File- Print
2. Select a desired action from a number of options:
- Fill Forms - Navigates to the Forms tab
- Add Signature - Uses the last QuickSign profile, or starts the signature creation process
- Review and Markup - Navigates to the Review tab
- Read - Navigates to the Home tab
3. Each of these actions will close the Print dialog and will open a corresponding Nitro Pro ribbon tab.
