Depending on the service you are using and how you are using it, one of the following Data Processing Addenda applies if you have signed up for Nitro Services as a Business customer.

Default Global Data Processing Addendum
This is Nitro's default Data Processing Addendum. The EU GDPR and FADP do not apply to the processing of personal data.
E.U. Data Processing Addendum
The EU GDPR applies to the processing of personal data.
U.K. Data Processing Addendum
The U.K. GDPR applies to the processing of personal data.
Swiss Data Processing Addendum
The FADP applies to the processing of personal data.
