Nitro Refund Policy

We’d hate to lose you as a partner, but if for some reason Nitro isn’t the solution for you here’s all the details you need to know about our refund policy.

Try before you buy!

We understand you want the perfect fit and that’s why we offer a trial version of Nitro Pro. On our trial you can test all the functionality of the software to be sure it suits your needs and desires.

All features of our awesome product are available on the trial and you’ll also have access to our knowledgeable Customer Success team to help answer any questions you may have.

Online Customers

When you purchase our downloadable software from our online store you can be approved for a refund if the following conditions apply:

  • The product is proven to be defective by Nitro’s technical support department
OR
  • Duplicate orders were made at the Nitro online store

You’ll appreciate that while the above conditions are guidelines for a refund, all refunds are made at Nitro’s sole discretion.

Applying for an Online Customer Refund

If you find yourself in the unfortunate case that Nitro is not a perfect match for you, here’s a step by step guide on how to apply for a refund.

  1. Navigate to Nitro store administrator's Help Center page through the Cleverbridge page.
  2. You'll be presented with four resources to get you the help you need. Select "Frequently Asked Questions" and select the resource that relates to your request.
  3. Cleverbridge will then contact Nitro with your refund request to verify.

We should have everything we need once this is completed, however if we require additional information to assist in processing your refund we will contact you directly. Upon approval we’ll need you to sign and return the all-important contractual Letter of Software Destruction. This instructs you to destroy any Nitro software that may still be on your computer.

Enterprise Customers

Purchased Nitro directly through a sales representative? Reach out to your Account Executive to discuss potential refund options.

Nitro Cloud Refund Policy

As our Cloud product is subscription based you are free to cancel at any time. We allow for a full refund of your Nitro Cloud subscription price if a refund request is submitted in the first 30 days after purchase date. If you submit a refund after 30 days from the purchase date of Nitro Cloud you will not be eligible to obtain a refund.
