Michael McNamara joined Nitro’s Board of Directors in March 2023 as a Non-Executive Director.
Michael brings with him over 15 years of experience across private equity, Board roles, M&A and as a part of the Ascender management team.
Michael currently serves as a Partner at Potentia Capital and was a founding member of the team in 2015. In his role at Potentia, Michael focusses on growth and buyout investments in B2B software and tech-enabled services providers.
Michael previously served as GM of Growth and Strategy at Ascender, Investment Manager at Archer Capital and in the investment banking division of UBS.
Michael currently serves on the Boards of EstimateOne, Micromine, NewBook and rex.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Law (Distinction) and Bachelor of Commerce (1st Class Honours) from the University of Western Australia.
