What is the Nitro Productivity Suite, and how is it different than Nitro PDF Pro?

The Nitro Productivity Suite brings together PDF productivity and unlimited eSigning into one affordable package. It is available for purchase as a Team or Enterprise subscription for organizations with 20 or more users. Please contact our sales team to learn more.

Do you offer a free trial?

We do offer a completely free 14-day trial that allows users to explore the full functionality of the Nitro Productivity Suite. This trial period is to give you, our customers, enough time to ensure the Nitro Productivity Suite meets your needs—and that you like using it!

Of course, our hope is that you realize you simply can’t live without the Nitro Productivity Suite and decide to buy it. However, if you choose not to purchase the Nitro Productivity Suite by the end of your free trial, Nitro PDF Pro will remain on your desktop but revert to a PDF reader state with limited functionality. (And our hearts will break a little...but that’s a conversation for another time.)

Can I integrate with third-party apps?

The Nitro Productivity Suite, and Nitro PDF Pro and Nitro Sign specifically, integrate with many cloud storage applications, including: Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, and SharePoint (for Business and Enterprise plans). There are also various plugins available for Nitro PDF Pro, including a web browser plugin and add-ins for Microsoft Office applications. At this time, the Nitro Productivity Suite does not provide APIs for other integrations, though options are actively being explored.

Does everybody signing the document need a Nitro Sign account?

No. Only the sender of the eSignature request needs a Nitro Sign account—signers can eSign documents they receive without creating a Nitro Sign account.

What support is available to me if I don’t have Nitro VIP Access?

Individual plan customers who choose not to purchase Nitro VIP Access can take advantage of Nitro’s online self-help resources, including:

    A user-driven information hub where you can post questions, share feedback, and interact with other Nitro customers and experts. This is a great place to seek input on any specific issues you may be experiencing.

What currencies are accepted?

What is the refund policy for the Nitro Productivity Suite?

You may be eligible for a refund if you purchased Nitro from our online store at and one of the following conditions applies:

  • The product has been deemed defective by our technical Support Team
  • A duplicate purchase was made

Does Nitro work on Mac?

Nitro PDF Pro is a desktop software that is compatible exclusively with Windows operating systems, and is therefore not compatible with Mac OS. Nitro Sign is browser-based, so customers can access and use their account from any internet-connected device that has a browser.
