The Role

We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to join Nitro’s Product team, focused on supporting the PDF product experience across Mac and iOS platforms.This role is designed to provide strong day-to-day product execution and release support. You’ll play a key role in keeping Mac and iOS initiatives moving smoothly—helping manage backlogs, releases, and cross-functional coordination—while building core product management skills.This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career PM to gain hands-on experience working on mature, customer-facing desktop and mobile products.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own and manage day-to-day product execution for Nitro PDF on Mac and iOS.
  • Support release planning and release management, including coordinating timelines, tracking readiness, and ensuring smooth delivery of Mac and iOS releases.
  • Maintain and prioritize product backlogs for Mac and iOS, translating high-level requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and QA to ensure features, fixes, and improvements are delivered on time and meet quality expectations.
  • Act as a point of contact for Mac and iOS product questions, helping unblock teams and keep work moving forward.
  • Assist with triaging bugs, customer feedback, and support requests, ensuring issues are clearly documented and appropriately prioritized.
  • Support product communication efforts, including release notes, internal updates, and launch coordination.
  • Participate in discovery activities such as reviewing customer feedback, usability testing, and data analysis to inform incremental improvements.
  • Help ensure consistency and alignment across Mac, iOS, and Windows PDF experiences in collaboration with the broader product team.
We’d Love to Hear from You If You:
  • Have 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Engineering, QA, or a related role.
  • Are highly organized and enjoy managing details such as backlogs, releases, and cross-team dependencies.
  • Have an interest in desktop and mobile applications, particularly macOS and iOS.
  • Partner with analytics to define and track feature-level metrics (adoption, usage, retention, performance indicators).
  • Analyze product usage, app store reviews, and customer feedback to identify improvements and inform prioritization
  • Are comfortable working with technical teams and can clearly communicate requirements and priorities.
  • Enjoy supporting execution while learning how product strategy is defined and delivered.
  • Can manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Are eager to grow into increased product ownership over time.
