The Role:

As the Global Director of People within Nitro, you will be responsible for leading the People function. The role will continue to help evolve the organisation to achieve Nitro’s growth ambitions, ensuring that Nitro creates a career defining place to work through professional development, career progression and a feedback, performance management and evaluation model to embed a high performance culture.

This role will report to the Executive for Organisational Development and Performance and will engage with the Board and Executive by both providing and seeking information and advice.

  • Review and propose changes to the evaluation process to drive high performance
  • Evolve our Performance Management process and play point on Performance Management processes for individuals
  • Support organisation with OKR measurement, accountability and celebration framework
  • Development & growth
  • Evolve and embed the use of growth frameworks, ensuring the role they play in performance management and remuneration is clear
  • Middle management - with growing middle management layer, focus on enhancing

management and leadership capability
