About Product at Nitro: 

The Product team at Nitro takes a human-centric approach to developing the products and services at the heart of our business today, helping us realize our vision of empowering our users to work on what matters. The Role: 

We’re looking for a technical-minded product manager, based in Dublin, to join the team that builds and maintains some of the key services that underpin our suite of products. As Product Manager for the Account Management team, you’ll be responsible for the experience that our customer admins have as they manage users, products and permissions within Nitro’s admin portal, as well as looking after customer identity and access management, and ensuring our subscription management and monetization systems are integrated seamlessly with the rest of our ecosystem. As part of the role, you’ll also be working with other teams including Sales, Marketing and Support, ensuring that they have the APIs and data they need to be effective at acquiring, retaining and supporting customers. 

  

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Defining the strategy and roadmap for your product, with input from the VP Product 
  • Working with the cross-functional team to get high quality products to market fast, focusing on outcome over output and looking for continuous improvement in ways of working 
  • Undertaking discovery and validating ideas, working alongside UX, engineering and  stakeholders, ensuring you’re always using data to make better decisions  
  • Ensuring OKRs are achievable, valuable and well defined  
  • Understanding the market and longer-term trends that could impact your products 
  • Talking to users and stakeholders to gain insight and understand gaps or opportunities for improvements 

We’d love to hear from you if you: 

  • Can distil complex problems and ambiguous requirements into crisp, actionable plans and break down big, chunky pieces of work into thinner slices of iterative value  
  • Have experience of complex delivery challenges with multiple stakeholders 
  • Have a bias toward action 
  • Have experience working in internal platform teams or on API-first products 
  • Can tailor your communication to technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of the organisation, applying strong analytical skills to cut through opinions with data 
  • Can quickly understand and master new domains and are excited to learn new things 
  • Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and unafraid of change
