Creating Links Automatically 

  1. Open a document that has one or more URLs in the text. Some examples of acceptable URLs are:
    • www.apple.com
    • support@domain.com
  2. Next, choose Edit > Create Links from URLs. All URLs will be converted to hyperlinks.
