Exporting & Printing

Annotations such as comment boxes, highlights, and signatures, can be edited by other PDF editors once you share a document. A way to prevent this is to flatten a document, thereby removing the ability to edit annotations. You can flatten a document upon export from the Share menu . Share Flattened will not affect the document you are currently editing.

1. From the Page view, tap Share  in the Toolbar. 

2. Choose “Share Flattened.” 

3. After flattening the document, the Share dialog will appear. 

4. Choose an option (e.g. AirDrop, Mail, etc.). 
   

NOTE: Select “More” if you do not see your preferred option.

From Files/ Document view:

1. Tap “Select” in the upper right.  

2. Tap to select the documents you want to print.  

3. Select Share from the menu at the bottom of the screen. 

4. Select Print from the Share menu. 

5. In the Print dialog, choose a printer and specify your print settings. 

To cancel your action, tap Cancel.

From Page view:

1. From the Page view, tap Share in the Toolbar. 

2. Select Print. 

3. In the Print dialog, choose a printer and specify your print settings. 

To cancel your action, tap Cancel.
