Creating Form Fields Automatically

The Create Forms feature uses Advanced Online Tools to detect form elements and automatically generate form fields in a PDF.

After processing, Nitro PDF Pro adds interactive fields such as text fields and check boxes.

You can move, resize, or edit the generated fields manually.

Create form fields automatically

1. Open Nitro PDF PDF Pro
2. Click Open in the top-left corner
3. Select the PDF file
4. Go to the Forms tab
5. Click Create Forms
6. A dialog box appears. The system analyzes the document and generates form fields automatically.
7. Wait for the process to complete or click Cancel to stop the process

Edit generated form fields

1. Select a form field
2. Move the field by dragging it
3. Resize the field using the corner handles
4. Double-click the field to edit its properties
