We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Manager, Technology Stack to lead our Salesforce ecosystem, manage our Salesforce Admin team, and drive scalable initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Success.
This role is ideal for a technology leader with strong CRM and platform management experience who can guide architecture, governance, and delivery—while empowering subject matter experts within the team.
What you'll do:
Team Leadership
- Directly manage, mentor, and grow a team of Salesforce Administrators.
- Establish intake, prioritization based on impact, and planning processes for enhancements and support.
- Build documentation, governance, and change management standards.
- Develop team capability in automation, integrations, and scalable configuration practices.
- Provide strategic direction while enabling admins to own day-to-day configuration and execution.
Salesforce Strategy & SaaS Revenue Enablement
- Own the roadmap of the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Enable scalable processes and automation across departments.
- Partner with leadership to ensure the CRM supports growth objectives.
Extension & Project Management
- Manage Salesforce projects including third-party integrations.
- Manage scope, budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional alignment.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Translate business growth initiatives into scalable technical solutions.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders.
- Present roadmap updates, risks, and ROI outcomes to leadership.
What we're looking for:
- 8+ years of experience in CRM platforms, or technology leadership within a SaaS or technology company.
- 3+ years of direct people management experience, including managing technical or CRM-focused teams.
- Strong understanding of SaaS revenue operations, subscription models, and cross-functional system dependencies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce configuration, automation, security and integrations.
- Experience managing Salesforce Administrators directly.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and subscription management models.
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics and revenue operations frameworks.
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, Architect track).
