DIESE PRODUKTSPEZIFISCHEN BEDINGUNGEN FÜR NORDISCHE IDENTITÄTSSCHEMEN SIND IN DEN VERTRAG EINGEBUNDEN, UNTER DEM NITRO ZUGESTIMMT HAT, DIE DIENSTLEISTUNGEN FÜR SIE BEREITSTELLEN, UND GELTEN, FALLS SIE SICH FÜR DIE NORDISCHEN IDENTITÄTSSCHEMEN ANGEMELDET HABEN (WIE IN ABSCHNITT 1 UNTEN DEFINIERT), WIE IM BESTELLFORMULAR DARGELEGT, DAS AUCH DIE NUTZUNGSBEDINGUNGEN FÜR NITRO SIGN ENTERPRISE VERIFIED UND NITRO IDENTITY HUB ENTHÄLT.

BITTE BESUCHEN SIE UNSERE ALLGEMEINE PRODUKTSPEZIFISCHEN BEDINGUNGEN, WENN SIE NACH ANDEREN PRODUKTSPEZIFISCHEN BEDINGUNGEN FÜR ANDERE SPEZIFISCHE NITRO-DIENSTLEISTUNGEN SUCHEN.

1. DEFINITIONS

Capitalized terms used in these Product Specific Terms Nordic Identity Schemes and not separately defined herein, shall have their respective meanings ascribed to such terms in the Nitro Terms of Service for Nitro Sign Enterprise Verified and Nitro Identity Hub. As used in these Nordic Identity Schemes Product Specific Terms, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

"Nordic Identity Schemes” has the meaning given in Section 2.1.

2. NORDIC IDENTITY SCHEMES

2.1. Subject to the provisions of these Product Specific Terms Nordic Identity Schemes and the Nitro Terms of Service, the following identity services (separately a “Nordic Identity Scheme” and together the “Nordic Identity Schemes”) can be made available upon Customer’s request with as purpose to identify signers within Nitro Sign Enterprise Verified:

1. Finnish Trust Network
2. Norwegian BankID
3. Swedish BankID
4. MitID

Customer decides whether one or more of the Nordic Identity Schemes referenced above are activated within Nitro Sign Enterprise Verified.

2.2. Customer acknowledges and agrees the Nordic Identity Schemes are provided by independent third party providers, and that (depending on the Nordic Identity Scheme activated) specific terms and conditions might apply to the usage of such Nordic Identity Scheme. Depending on which Nordic Identity Schemes are activated, Customer might have to execute an additional direct agreement with the relevant identity issuer, the applicable third party provider(s), or a specific broker before such Nordic Identity Scheme can be made available.

2.3. Using the Nordic Identity Schemes is subject to the payment of additional fees, as set out in the relevant Order Form (or any other relevant part of the Agreement), or (if applicable) pursuant to the agreement Customer has concluded directly with the relevant identity issuer, the applicable third party provider(s), or third parties brokering the Nordic Identity Schemes. By default, such additional fees will consist of: (i) fees related to the connection and integration with Nitro Sign Enterprise Verified; and, (ii) fees due linked directly to the use of the Nordic Identity Scheme. In case Customer has executed a direct agreement with the relevant identity issuer, an applicable third party provider or a specific broker, Customer acknowledges that fees might be due and to be paid directly to such identity issuer, third party provider or broker.

2.4. The Nordics Identity Schemes are hosted by the applicable identity issuers and/or third party provider and Customer acknowledges Nitro has no ability to influence or impact the availability of such hosted environment.

3. LIABILITY

3.1. For the avoidance of doubt, and without prejudice to any specific (more extensive) limitation of Nitro’s liability as set out in these Nordics Identity Schemes Product Specific Terms, the Section in respect of limitation of liability in the Nitro Terms of Service shall also be applicable to Product Specific Terms Nordics Identity Schemes and the services made available pursuant to Product Specific Terms Nordics Identity Schemes.
