Nitro Sign SharePoint Add-in Deprecation and How to Continue Using SharePoint
The Nitro Sign SharePoint Add-in listed in the Microsoft SharePoint Apps marketplace is being discontinued on 2 April 2026. This change is required because Microsoft is retiring support for the legacy SharePoint Add-in framework used by the current Nitro Sign integration.
As a result, sending documents for signature, self-signing documents, and managing Nitro Sign documents directly from the SharePoint interface using this add-in will no longer be supported. A new Nitro Sign SharePoint Add-in will be available soon to replace this functionality.
In the meantime, you can still connect SharePoint to Nitro Sign using the cloud storage options within Nitro Sign to upload files from SharePoint and copy files back to SharePoint.
