Use TestFlight to Collect Intune Diagnostics

This article explains how to install Nitro PDF Pro for iOS using TestFlight and how to collect app and Intune diagnostics for troubleshooting.

Before you start

• Install the TestFlight app from the Apple App Store.

• Sign in with a valid Apple ID.

  • This Apple ID does not need to match your Nitro account.

Install Nitro PDF Pro using TestFlight

1. Open the TestFlight app

2. Accept the TestFlight invitation on the same device

3. Confirm that Nitro PDF Pro appears in TestFlight

4. (Recommended) Remove the App Store version of Nitro PDF Pro

5. Install the TestFlight version of Nitro PDF Pro

Collect app diagnostics from TestFlight

1. Open Nitro PDF Pro

2. Reproduce the issue

3. Tap Logs

   • The Logs button is available on:

     • The Welcome screen

     • The Document browser

4. Wait for the logs to load

5. Tap the Share icon in the top-right corner

6. Share the diagnostics

7. Send the shared file to Nitro Support

Collect Intune diagnostics from TestFlight

Enable verbose logging

1. Open Nitro PDF Pro

2. Tap Logs

3. Wait for the logs to load

4. Tap the Intune diagnostics icon

   • The icon shows a person with a key

5. Enable Verbose logging at the bottom of the screen

Reproduce the issue and collect logs

1. Reproduce the issue

2. Return to the Intune diagnostics screen

3. Tap Get Started

4. Tap Share Logs

5. Share the diagnostics

6. Send the shared file to Nitro Support

Notes

• The Logs feature is only available in the TestFlight version of the app.

• Always reproduce the issue after you enable verbose logging to capture complete diagnostics.
