Smart Forms

To Create Smart Forms   

Note: A document must be open in Nitro for Smart Forms to be enabled. If no document is open, the option is disabled.  

  1.  Navigate to the Smart Tools or the Convert tab   
  2. Click the Smart Forms button   
  3. The Create Forms window opens   
  4. Click Extract to start the process or Cancel to end   
  5. The Extract window opens and loads the document  
  6. Click Cancel to stop the process  
  7. When the window closes, the document contains fillable form fields   

Note: You can create forms for files up to 24MB in size and 40 pages.
