Crop or Resize Pages

Use the Crop tool to keep a selected area of a page and remove content outside the selection. You can also adjust the crop area in the Crop Pages dialog.

To crop pages visually:

1. On the Page Layout tab, in the Pages group, click Crop
2. Drag to select the area to keep
3. Double-click inside the selected area
4. In the Crop Pages dialog, adjust the crop margins and select additional pages, if required
5. Click Crop

To crop pages using the dialog:

1. On the Page Layout tab, in the Pages group, click Crop
2. Double-click anywhere on the page
3. In the Crop Pages dialog, adjust the crop margins and select additional pages, if required
4. Click Crop
