As a Global Administrator, you can reset user passwords using one of the two methods outlined below.
- Select Manage Users from the left-hand menu.
- Find the user you would like to manage and click the “…” icon.
- Select Reset Password.
Alternatively, you can also reset a user's password from their profile page.
- Select Manage Users from the left-hand menu.
- Find the user you would like to manage and click the “…” icon.
- Select Edit User to view the user’s profile details.
- From the user’s profile, click the Reset Password button.
Your user will be sent a Password Reset email, which will allow them to set a new password.
