Invite a Single User

As a Global Administrator of your team, you can invite other users to join your team.

Note: Users who are already a member of another team cannot be invited to your team.

  • Select either Manage Users or Invited Users from the left-hand menu.
  • Click the Invite User button.
  • Enter the name and email address of the person you would like to invite to your team.
  • Select any licenses or admin roles that you would like to assign.
  • Click Invite User to finish.

The user will receive an email invitation to join your team, and you can view any pending invitations from the Invited Users table.
