Jennifer Murray joined Nitro in 2016 as Senior Director of Customer Success and then moved into the role of VP of Customer Experience in 2020. In her current role, Jennifer oversees the end-to-end customer experience, including Customer Success, Solutions Engineering and Customer Support, to ensure our customers have a positive experience at every stage of their Nitro journey.
Jennifer brings with her over 15 years of experience and a proven track record of exceeding performance goals, improving customer satisfaction and driving business strategy through customer/user experience data. Prior to Nitro, Jennifer led Customer Success and Customer Insights teams at organizations including C3 IoT, Zynga, and eBay.
Jennifer holds an MBA from California State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from California Polytech State University.
