On top of that, we provide specialized Train-the-Trainer training sessions to ensure your organization’s IT / HelpDesk team is equipped with the knowledge and expertise to quickly troubleshoot common Nitro-related issues and questions. Once your IT/Helpdesk know better ways to complete a workflow, it makes driving a company-wide transition simple. Organizations have access to a dedicated Solutions Engineer who is on hand to schedule Nitro-hosted training webinars which are customized to specific workflows.
