Your Role:
Nitro is passionate about empowering people and businesses around the world with a more efficient, dynamic, and secure way to work with documents. We're seeking an experienced content marketing manager and copywriter who shares our passion to help people solve challenges. You will create the stories that embrace our culture, engage our global audience, inspire action, and amplify our brand.
This role combines strategic thinking, meticulous writing and editing skills, hands-on execution, and a deep understanding of how to create content and experiences for B2B and B2C audience journeys. Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, you will collaborate closely with your marketing colleagues in brand, integrated marketing, eCommerce, SEO, web, digital, and operations—as well our sales, product, channel, people, and leadership teams.

- Creative Content Strategist: Create and execute a content strategy and plan aligned with our target audience, marketing themes, and business objectives. Find innovative ways to repurpose, optimize, syndicate, and promote our content.
- Master Storyteller: Write and edit high-quality, informative, and persuasive short-form and long-form content across various channels, including eBooks, blogs, social posts, website copy, email campaigns, video scripts, product tutorials, and other marketing materials.
- Proactive Project Manager: Manage the full content production cycle from ideation to scheduling, resourcing, production, delivery, and reporting. Ensure content is timely, organized, and accurate.
- Detailed Content Manager: Create and manage our content repository and comprehensive editorial calendar.
- Passionate Brand Ambassador: Ensure our messaging and content consistently adhere to our brand guidelines and high standard of quality across our channels and product.
- Results-Oriented Social Guru: Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, community engagement, and follower growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaborator: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and other teams to strategize and support a variety of content, including thought leadership content with subject matter experts.
- Visionary Trailblazer: Identify content marketing trends and opportunities that keep Nitro at the forefront of innovation.
- Data Detective: Track and analyze content and social media performance metrics to identify trends, audience behaviors, and optimization opportunities.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of demonstrated writing experience in the technology industry with a portfolio of published work
- A customer-first approach and deep understanding of how to tailor content to specific B2B and B2C audience segments and profiles
- A broad understanding of marketing best practices
- Exceptional copywriting and editing skills
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization
- Proficiency in social media and community management
- A data-driven mindset to measure and optimize content for maximum impact
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Experience with HubSpot, Canva, and Microsoft applications a plus
