The Role:
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be a key member of our Dublin team, providing essential payroll capacity and real-time support within the GMT time zone. Reporting directly to the Director of Global Payroll and Benefits, Director, Global Compensation & Benefits you will ensure smooth payroll operations across EMEA. This role is crucial in data entry for payroll processing, answering queries promptly and maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.

What you'll be doing:

•    Process payroll for EMEA and for other regions as required.
•    Handle payroll-related queries from employees and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
•    Prepare payroll submissions and review reports for accuracy.
•    Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
•    Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to streamline payroll processes.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a payroll position.
  • Exposure to international payroll processes is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in ADP payroll systems is essential.
  • IPASS certification or actively working towards it is highly desirable.
  • Excellent data inputting skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple payrolls, including biweekly and end-month cycles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to respond to payroll queries promptly and professionally.
  • Ideally global payroll experience amongst EMEA. A plus if you have payroll experience: Australia, Canada, USA.
  • Administration of employees' health benefits and pension plan. Reconcile benefit invoices monthly and prep for payroll.
