The Role:

Nitro is seeking a Digital Marketing Performance Manager to own all end to end paid digital marketing. Reporting to the VP, Marketing Performance and Operations, you’ll be responsible for driving the performance of our digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve business goals. This role will involve analyzing data, optimizing digital channels, and implementing strategies to improve the effectiveness of our online marketing efforts.

What you'll be doing:

•    Strategy Development: Design and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and KPIs.
•    Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels including paid search, display advertising, social media, and SEO.
•    Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
•    Budget Management: Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
•    Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., content, design, sales) and external partners (e.g., agencies, platforms) to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
•    Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
•    Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep our strategies innovative and competitive.
•    A/B Testing: Implement and manage A/B testing and other optimization methodologies to continuously improve campaign performance.
•    Tools and Technologies: Utilize and manage digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Facebook Ads Manager) to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
•    Full end to end management of our Digital Performance agencies

What we're looking for:

•    Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
•    Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing and data analysis.
•    Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, LinkedIn Ad Manager).
•    Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
•    Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
•    Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
•    Creative Thinking: Innovative thinker with a passion for finding new ways to drive performance and engage audiences.
