The Role:

The eCommerce Campaign Manager is the first member of a new, innovative marketing team focused on driving lead generation and online revenue for the Prosumer SMB, reporting to the Senior Director of eCommerce. This role is revenue carrying with exponential growth opportunities over the next 3 years.

This data-driven, self-starter will be motivated and excited to drive revenue and pipeline. You will partner with Nitro’s marketing team on end-to-end delivery of global and regional integrated marketing campaigns focused on driving acquisition across all products, with a 2022 focus on Nitro PDF Pro, Nitro Sign, and the Nitro Productivity Platform.

This 360-degree marketer will blend product marketing & digital marketing to drive conversion. You understand how to attract and convert an SMB like they are your best friend.

You’ll strategically analyze and ideate across every channel and user flow to identify conversion, pipeline, and revenue opportunities. You'll create promotion and discount strategies that prospects can’t refuse. You'll also measure and report on the incremental revenue & pipeline that every campaign or tactic drives to the team to inform future forecasts, budgets, and strategies.

This hands-on role also requires that that this person know enough about Google Analytics, CMS platforms, chat bots, paid media channels, affiliate platforms, and Salesforce to self-serve and self-solve as necessary. This role will also heavily work within the eCommerce platform to enable promotions and GTM strategies.

What you'll be doing:

  • Create and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns for Prosumer SMB segments
  • Analyze, optimize, and execute repeatable, scalable promotion and discount strategies across multiple channels, aligned by geo
  • Manage end-to-end execution of GTM product strategies for the Prosumer segment
  • Partner with channel marketing to optimize & expand affiliate marketing & online reseller strategies
  • Collaborate with performance marketing team to launch & optimize paid digital strategies
  • Regularly analyze, track, and report on campaign and channel performance, with a focus on conversion rates across all funnel stages, ROAS, & CPL
  • Track and forecast revenue and pipeline across all product lines in the Prosumer segment
  • Test and optimize new programs and channels. Continuously measure, value, and scale our efforts to drive acquisition and expansion business

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience. B2C and B2B technology is essential, SaaS experience is advantageous
  • Understanding of how consumers, micro-businesses, and SMBs operate and purchase software products
  • Experience in both B2C and B2B lead gen & eCommerce marketing strategies
  • Experience managing global, multi-channel, integrated high growth campaigns and strategies
  • Proficient skills across the spectrum of digital marketing channels
  • Previous experience managing marketing budgets
  • Creative mind with the ability to conceptualize campaigns
  • Thorough and strong analytics skills to interpret ROI and performance marketing KPIs
  • Marketing tech savviness with experience working under the hood of a CMS, payment platform, Google Analytics, or Salesforce
  • Hands-on, get-it-done demeanor with excellent team collaboration & execution skills
  • A self-starter with strong work ethic – goes the extra mile without being asked
  • Thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Creative and analytical mindset with a commitment to solving time-sensitive problems
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to think quickly, strategically, and proactively
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing
