The Role:

Nitro is looking for a Revenue Strategy & Insights Analyst for our newly created Revenue Strategy & Insights team. This individual will work to build out world class reporting and analytics to help drive efficiency throughout the organization.

You will be responsible for the understanding the data and the sources of information residing within Nitro and work to create both standardized sales and finance reporting as well as aid in any adhoc requests for data or analysis.  You will continuously look for key metrics or KPI’s that will help drive revenue growth and allow Nitro to scale as a company.

What you'll be doing:

  • Analyze - Track business performance (diagnostic and predictive analysis) and provide high quality data-driven insights to drive go-to-market decisions.  
  • Partner - Advise senior members of Nitro’s sales, finance, BI, customer success organization on growing and optimizing their businesses, and to help them achieve their long-term strategic priorities. 
  • Lead – Lead strategic and operational projects that will be data/analytically driven
  • Influence - Establish strong working relationships with peers in other cross functional teams to understand the business and help give them the reporting and metrics that they need to make key strategic decisions and achieve shared company objectives.
  • Pivot - Be flexible and self-reliant, as something unexpected always comes up! 

What we're looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience in a dedicated reporting and analytics role
  • Highly analytical: You are analytical, with a demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, navigate challenging data sets, develop solutions, and craft high-quality reporting solutions. 
  • Proficiency with Tableau, Data Warehouses,, Clari, or other reporting/data tools a huge plus.
  • Experience with SaaS in a software company preferred with an understanding of interpreting and analyzing key SaaS metrics such as ARR, GRR, NRR, Churn, etc
  • Proactive and organized: You are independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations. You are also able to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision.
  • BA/BS degree in math, statistics, business, economics, finance or related discipline
