Product Manager - Growth Team

Dublin, Ireland

Nitro is seeking an ambitious, self-starting Product Manager for a unique opportunity to drive a newly formed Growth team within our Nitro Sign product group. The focus of this team is to own driving acquisition and activation of our self-service user base. This role benefits from company-wide visibility and offers a high degree of ownership and influence.

Nitro Sign provides a simple, delightful eSigning experience for everyone. With our eSigning solution, our customers are transforming analogue, legacy workflows that took several days or weeks to complete, to digital, modern workflows that complete in minutes or hours. 

This role is responsible for leading the effort to enhance our customers experience of trying, using, and buying Nitro Sign self-service. We strive to deliver delightful and simple to use eSigning for any customer looking for a digital solution to paper based signatures, or for those needing a cheaper and easier to use software vendor. This role will look to help customers discover, learn, and enjoy the tremendous value that Nitro Sign has to offer as quickly and seamlessly as possible. 

The Role 

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our dynamic Product team. This role will be based in Dublin, Ireland or Remote within an hour, and reports to Nitro Sign’s Lead Product Manager. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Develop a deep understanding of the behaviour of users from initial interaction through to adoption 
  • Collaborate with our Data Science, Engineering and UX teams to design experiments and optimizations throughout the customer lifecycle 
  • Engage with our Product Marketing team to ensure we are looking to acquire the right profile of customers based on established behaviours 
  • Build a compelling strategy and roadmap based on insightful understanding of customer needs, market opportunities and technical capabilities  
  • Drive learning, insights, and revenue through consistent and thoughtful product experimentation 
  • Use product data, modelling, and analytics to plan, measure performance, and improve product with every iteration 

 What skills you’ll need: 

  • 5+ years Product Management experience in a SaaS organisation 
  • Strong background in product design 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Passion for solving complex problems and finding innovative solutions 
  • Self-driven, organized, strategic thinker 
  • Analytical mindset, being able to clarify complex data and insights into digestible conclusions 
  • Experience driving growth metrics through experimentation and optimized customer experiences 
  • A data-driven approach to product prioritization 
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
